After disabling remote access all PCs on local network using https://app.plex.tv/ get app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “XXXX” securely when trying to open the plex server. Only access is via localhost url on the PC running the server. Setting secure connection to preferred did not work.
How can I disable all internet access, but still allow all devices on my home network?
Reenable remote access and play something inside your home.

What does it say here? Does it say “remote” where mine says “Local”?
If it does, under your network settings on the Windows computer running the server look here
It should say Private. If it says Public, change it and reboot
Mine also says local. The network was set to public, changed to private and rebooted. Results are still the same can’t access plex server using other than localhost on the server pc.
