Removed remote access from 1 of my 2 plex servers. Cant access it locally

So I have 2 plex servers. I clicked to “Disable remote access” and now even though I’m browsing on localhost to this server. All I can see and access is the other server that still has remote access?

Any ideas?

Figured it out

Set enableLocalSecurity to 0 in the preferences.xml
advanced, hidden server setting
