Every few weeks my app throws away all of my downloads and regularly wants to re-download what I have already downloaded.
How can I stop it happening!?
I just want downloaded content to stay put!
I have the same issue. I also often have all my downloads totally disappear on my iphone. Very frustrating!
I’d post another question if I thought anyone was actually listening.
The only place for tech support is the forum and I’ve never had an answer from anyone at plex.
This issue has been going on for months and they just don’t seem to care.
