Downloads not working reliably on iOS and get deleted after a while

Hi all,

countless times, I have now tried to download 4-5 music albums to my iPhone, to carry them with me. If I’m lucky, I can download all the albums in one go. But usually it takes several attempts.
Then, after a while (some days), all my music seems to be remove from my iPhone and the download starts again. Original quality is enabled in the settings.
This all seems to happen very randomly and there clearly is something wrong.
Any fix for this?

I’m tired of facing the same problem every day. I will pass the iPhone bill to Plex team for not having this silly bug fixed. It keeps downloading and removing and downloading.

What is the value to have features on the Plex app if they do not work!
