I could be way off the mark here but it looks to me to be getting info from plex-meta-manager …

Unless someone else has a suggestion, considering no one else has this issue I’d suggest disabling plex-meta-manager
(as a test) and yet again plex dance the movie using plex’s own metadata. I’d bet once plex-meta-manager
is removed as a factor the issue will resolve itself.
