Hello, have been using Plex Server and Plex on Apple TV for years and have never had issues. I wanted to try the Nvidia Shields since it does 4K and audio better in terms of direct play.
I was trying some direct play 4K content and 2 movies started playing and then got all pixilated and distorted (looked like someone kicked the tv screen haha!) and the whole device seemed to freeze. Other 4K content seemed to play fine.
Is there something I need to do specifically to the files or settings that need to be changed for this? I tried comparing file size… the movie that didn’t play was about 50GB while that one that played fine was 67GB.
Any help would be appreciated!
