I Upgraded to plex pass but the account has not upgraded. I did receive the confirmation in my email and the plex pass verification shows up on my account in browser .
Your server is not using the same plex.tv user account as your browser does.
In fact, you don’t seem to have a server at all.
In order for you to use the HDHomerun with Plex, you need to have Plex Media Server installed and running. The server has to be claimed into the same user account that all your other Plex clients use.
Thanks, the browser version looks like the media server so I thought I was where I needed to be. I am good now.
Hi, my main Plex account has Plex Pass and Live TV works for me, but my Managed Users can’t see the Live TV. In the user permission settings, I only see Libraries – there’s no Live TV sharing toggle at all. I’ve cleared browser cache, tried new users, nothing works. Can you reset or fix this on your end?
