Do thetvdb & tmdb agents support folder or file naming tags?

I understand you can name your folders or files {tmdb-12345} or {tvdb-12345} or {imdb-12345} for perfect matching when using Plex metadata agent

Is the same also true when setting the agent in PMS as tmdb or thetvdb?

No, this capability is exclusive to the new agent.

The old movie agent did already support reading the IMDb ID from an .nfo file, which has to be placed in the same folder as the movie.
But that is only for movies and only for the IMDb ID, not other databases.
