We would like to store photos, videos, and music on a cloud server and be able to access the data at home. Does Plex also offer a cloud server for storing this data?
According to AI, yes, but I can’t find any specific information about this anywhere.

It does not.
You are free however, to rent a server in a datacentre and install the Plex Media Server software on it.
But all tasks from installation to maintenance need to be performed by you (or an assigned person/firm).
I hear there are some server providers who offer one-click installation of the Plex server software. However I cannot say, how recommendable such solutions are.

To close the loop for you, the reason the AI said Plex provides this service is because Plex used to provide this service. It was called Plex Cloud. It was available from 2016-2018.
There are some of the larger cloud hosters blacklisted by Plex however.
I thought it was just Hetzner. Did they add others?
