DOes PLEX plan to fix Synology crash issue present on all release after1.14.0.5470?

First it is not the first time. I did not wait for long time, I just gave up:

It did not yield to no result, so I put my hope on newer releases

Second, in many topics in the forum I see that downgrade is not that straight forward"

I would be greatfull, I fyou can please provide supported by PLEX steps for downgrading. I’ll keep it as a last resort

Re logs: when PLEX crashes, only full reboot of entire Synology brings the service back, does it it keep logs after reboot?
Verbose or standard debug?
I’ll send logs directly to you once I reproduce the issue
