Just one day the plex stopped loading. I open plex.tv and press open plex, a black screen opens with the inscription PLEX and that’s all and nothing else happens. I started it a week ago, my parents yesterday. I don’t know what’s the problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled, doesn’t help.

The first photo - it opens when I just try to open the plex, by the way my parents just have a white screen.

Yes it’s mine home screen, mine desktop.
OK from the second screenshot click on the wrench icon on top right to get to settings. Then under your server name hit General. Does it show you as signed in there?

Ok can you restart your computer that the server is on and if still having issues when going to https://app.plex.tv grab the server logs

ok can you get your server logs and attach them. In settings toward the bottom left go to trouble shooting section and click on the download logs button. then drag and drop that zip file in the reply window
Can you describe how your network equipment is set up? This doubleNAT error usually means there are two routers, but could be other things causing app.plex.tv to not connect to your server

I have only one router. 2 phones, a TV and a laptop are connected to it .
Do your phones work when on cellular?
Does app.plex.tv work in a different browser like Edge?
Thanks, plex works in Edge browser. I will also check this browser later at my parents’ house.
