Does the latest version of Plex still have iTunes playlists importing feature/function?

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Can you tell me whether you’re on a NAS or PC for your music library? And whether it’s a MAC or PC if it’s a computer?

I’m using a Synology NAS DSM 7.1 with the Plex beta app. I use JRiver and can export my playlists in a number of formats or if there is a way to since them like we do for music. I would like the pdf as well please. cowilliams at msn com

I don’t use JRiver so I can’t speak to how my document might work for you. This document is meant to get iTunes playlists to import into Plex.
As covered in the document, I have a full-version of Plex so it may limit you from successfully getting this to work - but I can’t say for sure as I was only working with the full license version.
As you’re looking to export your playlists from JRiver and get them into Plex, I’m not sure if this would be the right document for you. Do you know if JRiver playlists are in the XML file format?

Thank you! I can convert them if I need to. I can send them to iTunes so I should be able to make this work. I will take a look. I have the full version as well. Just using the beta version for Synology NAS.

I’m trying to import my Itunes playlist and I get this. Import from iTunes Something went wrong. Make sure the server is available and try again. HTTP error requesting GET http://169.254.8.85:63444/upnp/xml/devices/ManageableDevice1.xml (7, Couldn’t connect to server) (Failed to connect to 169.254.8.85 port 63444: Network unreachable. I have no clue what’s going on, I would like someone to comment and give me a little light on the subject. Thank you, George

Server Version#: Version 4.69.1 Player Version#: Searching the forums I see several posts about this error, but no solutions. Trying to use plex for remote music listening. I recently have tried to add my music collection to plex. I have used itunes pretty much since it came out to manage my library. I setup PMS (W11), enabled itunes plugin, created a music share, pointed it to my itunes library. Took a couple of days to finish scanning (260GB’s) and all seemed well but I’m running into some issues: When importing playlist from itunes I always get this error “Something went wrong. I like knowing who is viewing my file, and be able to follow up with them. You could create a temporary email in gmail for example, provide it and then delete it once you receive it from me.
