Dolby Vision content freezing in Apple TV app

I am using the plex app on an AppleTV 4K connected to a 4K LG OLED TV. When I play Dolby Vision content trough the Plex app on the AppleTV it freezes. When I play it through the Infuse app or through the Plex app on the LG TV everything is fine. Does anyone know how to fix the issue with the Plex app on the AppleTV?
