Dolby Vision issues on a TCL TV

Hi everyone. I’m not overly clued up on all of this and after 2 hours I’m finding myself going around in circles. So my friend with a 1080p TCL smart TV is having issues with playback of some things having saturated colors, particularly greens and purples. After a lot of looking I see this happens with Dolby Vision and I can see that the video we are testing on her TV is showing (according to the server) 1080p DoVi (HEVC Main 10) If I use a device here it simply shows 1080p (H.264). Is there a way to stop plex from sending the file as DoVi?

After a lot of researching the TV A TCL brand 40 inch does not have dolby vision. So it seems plex is sending something it cannot understand. I have adjusted the streaming quality on the TV to 8mbps and the color is fine. It’s also no longer showing DoVi. It was running at 6mbps and now it shows it’s at 8mbps.
