Don’t have an option to restore purchases on iOS

Player Version#: not sure where to get this.

So I’ve been using Plex in my house for a while.
I have an old laptop converted into a Plex server, and I typically stream on one of our firesticks.

I also stream on my iPhone, using the Plex app which I bought a while ago.

Today I tried installing the app on other iOS devices, all using family sharing.

The app is giving me the notification that I need to get the one time purchase.

Going thru the forums it seems like I should see a button to restore purchases, but there is no such button.

Any ideas? I tried on two separate iPads.
