I am posting in the forum the question since email support said they can’t help me via email.
That being said… my problem is simple.
I purchased the plex app one-time activation on my iphone. I have it installed, works fine all good.
I then downloaded the app on my ipad (same user, nothing fishy here) it tells me now that I need to make the purchase again like if it never happened.
The “restore purchase” option never shows up.
Any ideas?
Same Plex user? If so, that’s not the criteria needed. The app activation is tied to the iTunes Appstore account that made the purchase. You need to install the app through the same Appstore account.
When you are shown the message that you need to activate the app, do you see the options to pay the fee or buy a Plex Pass? If so, try scrolling down. The restore option should be below it.
If you still don’t see it, please get me the log from both devices so I can compare them.
