One off the biggest gripes I have with Plex is that if I have a folder with 28 videos and I add them to Plex (Movies) it will show that I have only added 20

But the program is so possessed in joining files together wich have completely different metadata that its sick!

HAVE THE OPTION TO BE ABLE TO USE 2X3 POSTER FORMATS IN EVERYTHING! Including home videos…

ADD: NEVER MATCH ANYTHING EVER!
ADD: NEVER JOIN ANYTHING!
ADD: UNMATCH ALL FILES (UNIVERSAL COMMAND)
ADD: SPLIT EVERYTHING APART (EVEN IF IT HAS THE SAME NAME)!
SHOW THAT FILES HAVE BEEN COMBINED WITH A RED FRAME AROUND THE POSTER!

And Fix TV Poster option If I want 1 X 1 Posters like iTunes then that should be an option for the users!

I honestly can’t believe that this isn’t an issue with most people using this!?

Fix it! or go the way of the Dodo so some company can bring a proper program together!

Use a library type that is suited to the task.
In your case you want a library of the type “Other Videos”.
A “Movies”-type of library will always try and match a video file to a known movie.

If I use “Other Video” none of the correct posters in the metadata show up properly everything shown is in a 16:9 picture format, all my video file have 2x3 poster format! And TV shows 1x1 format, but instead of being able to chose what poster format universally everything looks like crap!

FIX IT!
