When clicking on download anything within the player, I get a new browser appear saying cannot connect to server as below
Am able to play content from the server within the player and they are on the same network… any ideas?
I have also de-installed the Plex for Windows app incase that was causing a problem but now cant re-install it as its snot in the store any more… so no off line access to my content any more…
I now have download working, but it just creates a download file in the browser, there is no check how many versions of unwatched items if trying a series? has that been removed?
Should it not download them to a folder that the Player can see under my user profile (which i know I can change) rather than just downloading a file?
I have Sync in the toolbar but that just shows my mobile phone and pad… (and my laptop before I removed the Plex Windows client (which had sync which worked great… TBH wished i had not uninstalled it or could get it back on… ))
You have the wrong software installed. “Download” like you are expecting it to work, is not working in either the web app (which runs in a web browser), nor does it run in Plex Media Player that way.
