Download fails on all Android devices

Hello,

I am using Plex player on two Android devices (Samsung Tab S6, S21 FE running Android 12) with local Plex server on Synology NAS. In all cases the download function fails and no media files can be successfully downloaded, no matter which element. It allways says “error dowloading this element” (Beim herunterladen dieses Elements ist ein Fehler aufgetreten).

I checked download setting on the client (disc space, download location) - server and client are the latest versions and I am logged in with plex pass.

problem solved by setting up an DNS rebind exeception to plex.direct domain in Fritzbox setup.
