Download function: Storage limit reached. How to remove files from the queue

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5282
Player Version#: iOS 7.25

I foolishly queued up too many files to download to my iPad so it ran out of space…Now every time I start the Plex app on the iPad I get an error that the storage limit has been reached. I can’t find any option in the client to stop this from happening so is there a way to remove the files the client is obviously still trying to download from the server?

Should be relatively straightforward.

Just go into your downloads list and tap and hold on any given item. You should be given the option to remove download. It’ll prompt for confirmation and then the item should be deleted both from the device’s storage AND the queue.

If you’ve really gone overboard on selecting too many items, bear in mind it’ll probably start downloading one of the items that failed due to lack of space after that. You may want to start with the failed items to avoid this.

Ah! filtering downloads by list (either movies or episodes) shows the ones that failed, so I removed the one that failed and that seems to have resolved it.
