Download not working - Android ver 9.2.3.32818

I am unable to download to my Galaxy View Tablet but am able to download to my cell phone. Both have the same android version.

Additionally, I’m a Plex Lifetime Pass member and signed into the same account.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have the same issue.

I am unable to Download any Media including Movies, Music, TV Shows etc., I just get an Error saying that the items could not be Downloaded.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21+ and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 with everything running the Latest Versions.

I am also a Lifetime Plex Pass Holder.

Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated as I rely on Plex Mobile (Android) for playing my Media.

I have the same issue. My Google Pixel 5 is able to download with no problems. Please advise.
