I’m a Plex Pass member trying to download some video content to my tablet for when I travel. I have been able to do this successfully in the past. The existing downloads work well, but I cannot download additional content. When I try to do so, I get a message: “An error has occurred; please try again later”. Nothing happens, and the same thing happens when I try again later. Rebooting the tablet, clearing the cache, and updating the app have not worked. The only way I got this to work in the past was by deleting the app on the tablet and starting from zero; it’s not convenient to do this now and then when you have a few videos, especially not for a paid app, so I’m seeking support in the community.
