I just got a Plex Pass trial license so that I could sync my library to my laptop and phone.
On the phone you have the option to sync all unwatched episodes but that option is unavailable in the Plex for Windows app (PMP has no sync feature at all it seems :()
Please add the option to sync all unwatched episodes, or better yet make the feature the same on phone and desktop. It makes no sense to put a cap of 5 episodes on a sync feature, specially if my laptop can store more content then my phone can.
So +1 for this request.
Also it seems the download option is broken in the latest version, it downloads to disk but it doesn’t show up in the app. And it just re-downloads the episodes every time I start Plex.
