Downloading a Movie/TV Show onto iPad or iphone

Hi

Can someone please help!!! I’ve had the free version of Plex up to yesterday for over a year. I purchased the Plex pass yesterday.I tried on My iPhone Beta version and iPad normal app to download a tv show.
Every time I download a TV show it says it has synced but is pending download from my my cloud which is WD My Home which is also one year old using Plex has server.
Plex had worked well on my tv and iPad/iPhone at home and remotely on holiday with WiFi.
Where is it I’m going wrong to download a tv show from Plex?

Hi I think this is the issue as the size I can store on my iPhone for a download on my iPhone. Can anyone help me to resolve this?
