I have googled, looked through the forums and I can’t find anyone with the same issue. I have Plex Pass and I want to download some movies and tv shows to watch while im traveling with no access to the internet. But when I tap the download button for the media I want, it goes to the downloads folder and sits a 0.0kb and just spins and spins for hours until I just end up canceling. Is there a setting I need to change or is this a known issue? I’m trying to download to my ipad.
Can we get the iOS logs after hitting the download button it is is stuck. How big are the files you are trying to download?
Ive downloaded the debugging data, where should I send it? The files im trying to download are all less than 1gb
email it to your self then download from your email and attach to a reply here in this topic or click on my username/avatar and message it to me.
I know there was an issue with large files that were getting stuck but I thought that was fixed
