Downloading doesnt go past 50%

I have paid for the subscription but I am unable to ‘sync’/‘download’ properly.

Whether I am trying to put it on ipad, phone or other tablet all that shows up is:

  • Waiting
  • 50% downloading

This is being done on a shared list.

I have it set to no limit storage but nothing happens, I have reduced the quality to the lowest and still nothing, whether it be a movie or TV show, I will get one out of the 10 I have selected.

Any advice would be great.

Downloading from and to what app , maybe a prerequisite to solving your issue.

Hey don’t know why your attacking me.

I’m new to this, there is no support service on Plex, this is the first time I’m trying to figure out how to make this work.

So how about being a little helpful than critical?

What server are you talking about how do I find that?

If I am using it on the ipad and trying to download/sync I assumed it the latest version.

Man o man, Windows, MacOS, what ever server OS and version number clear in Server settings /General.
