Plex downloads total failure!

The download feature is a total failure! After waiting a year to fix the sync option, I tried the new download option, and it always fails to convert and download any media to my android or chrome device. The download usually fails right at the end of the conversion, wasting several hours for nothing. WTF is wrong with Plex?
