Downloads Menu Item has Exclamation Point On It

I have the latest version of Plex running on my Synology 1019+ and it also is the latest version of the server software.

All seems to be working well with the exception of an Exclamation mark on the DOWNLOADS left menu bar .

The DOWNLOADS panel to the right of the menu item is totally black.

Question: What does the exclamation point mean and how do I clear it?
