Plex Windows App Has Exclaimation Point over Downloads Icon on left Margin

Hey All;

I have the latest Windows version of Plex installed on my Windows 10 PC.

There is an icon in the left margin entitled DOWNLOADS that has an exclaimation mark over it. (See screen capture below)

I cannot clear that mark nor does clicking on the DOWNLOADS icon do anything.

Does anyone have an idea on how to clear/resolve this error?

(What is the DOWNLOADS function do?)
