Downloads not showing up

Have this issue on both the iPad app and Plex App for macOS.. On both devices, downloaded movies from my Plex Media Server stopped showing up in the download screen of my Plex apps. Plex Pass subscriber. Movies on my iPad showed for months, recently got an iMac to store more downloads. This is when I noticed the downloads not showing on the Mac after checking how many were downloaded. Noticed nothing on the list but I can see all the files on my hard drive. Checked the iPad, same thing.. no files showing but I still have 1.4 terabytes of storage used for movies. Really hoping I don’t have to redownload all these files again…

Do you use a different login on your server and clients? Your forum ID does not have “Plex Pass” beside it.

Both the server owner and client account need a Plex Pass to download media.

Yes. Using different account for the forum. The iOS devices and Plex servers all use the same login with a Plex pass subscription. Should have mentioned that for clarity. Thanks for checking.
