Downloads stuck at 0%

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7775
Player Version#: 4.121.1

Downloads on iOS do not start. I’ve tried the App Store version, as well as the TestFlight versions of 8.3 (7668) and 8.29 (7486).

In both cases, downloads are just stuck at 0%. I’ve restarted the sever several times. Yesterday, I did that and it managed to unblock the downloads. Today, that’s not happening.

I think you are running in a dns rebind issue: https://support.plex.tv/articles/206225077-how-to-use-secure-server-connections/

Enabling dns rebind for Plex.direct did. the trick for me, but this has be done on your dns Server or you habe to use dns Server which support dns rebinding for Plex.direct.
