Not sure what changed recently, both iOS players and AppleTV Plex app players see the server but all content shares are offline. I’ver rebooted all devices, uninstalled the Drobo Plex server app, re-installed, same with the AppleTV apps, updated AppleTV and iOS versions to current. very strange situation. No network changes have occurred from when it was working to now. I’m going to test the App on a fire stick to see if its Apple OS related but I doubt that is the case. Anyone else seeing Drobo Plex server issues recently?
Hey, I’m experiencing the same problems on my Apple TV. Basically did all the same things, restarted, reinstalled apps, logged in and out etc. I can see and play everything on the Drobo through my web browser. Drobo remains “offline” to the Apple TV. Worked as recently as 10/7/21, but then stopped working 10/8/21.
So issue is not related to Apple OS, tried on fire stick 4k with same result, I may try manually updating the Plex server on the drobo to a newer version then the Plex app portal recommends
