DS 118 new PlexMediaServer-1.15.0.659 also freezes

From start my NAS DS118 has problems with stuttering videos and freezes with subs enabled.
All the versions of PMS have the same problems. My Panasonic TV has a build-in mediaplayer and plays the movies flawless.
I uploaded the log files, so maybe someone has a clue what’s going on with my issue.
