DSM Upgrade to DSM7 - Plex install did not fail at the permissions stage

Hi, I upgraded DSM6 to the latest 7.2.2 following the upgrade instructions. On installing the new plex package it didnt fail on the plexmediaserver perms as expected. I now have a ‘fresh’ install of plex. It does show that I can claim my server.. It however created the PMS folder but only 5.4Mb in size as opposed to the Plex folder being 98Mb @ChuckPa or anyone - Should I uninstall the PMS and try again or claim the server? I guess I’ve lost all my preferences and indexing etc? …
