DSM 7 + Remote Access Support

I cannot get Remote Access to work on my Synology RS1221+. I have made sure the ports are open on the Router and followed all usual setup steps. I have even confirmed it works on my Windows 10 build on the same network.

Are there additional steps i need to take within the synology DSM software? I am brand new to synology with Plex…
