DTS 5.1 in VLC for Xbox One vs Plex for Xbox One

It is strange that VLC can play MP4 DTS 5.1 files on Xbox One, but Plex app doesn’t.
Kodi with Plex for Kodi plugin allows DirectPlay, but Plex app doesn’t.

Is there way to integrate DTS decoder into Plex for Xbox app?

Can you use Kodi+Plex or VLC to output bitstreamed DTS-HD MA on your Xbox?

No. But, in case of 5.1 or less, you can use PCM output instead. For higher quality formats you must rely on other players.
