DTS-HD 5.1 and MA 5.1 transcoded to AAC only on remote play

I can’t understand why all my 4K MKV Movies with DTS-HD 5.1 or DTS-HD MA 5.1 play fine on local network through Apple TV 4K (3rd gen.) but, on remote play, audio is always trasconded to AAC also on Apple TV 4K (2nd gen.).

This issue is causing continuous blocks and also “network too slow” error message.

My connection is FTTH on both houses: 2.5Gbps Download and 1Gbps Upload on primary house (where the PMS is); 1Gbps Download and 1Gbps Upload on secondary house.

The problem happens in the secondary house where I have the Apple TV 4K (2nd gen.) connected via wireless to a FritzBox 7530 AC.
