Direct stream buffering and crash on Samsung Plex app

Server Version#: 1.40.5.8897 Player Version#: 5.87.1 Hello! On one of my family member’s Samsung TV (model 55CU8505), subtitles or not, any movies in Direct stream (4K/1080p) with audio transcode will run fine the first 30 seconds or so and then buffer for a few minutes then crash (ERROR Playback error occurred.
