Hi, I just started with PHT on PS3. Unfortunately I did not find DTS within the audio settings, only Ac3.
Whar to do ?
Got the same questions. Looks like it's not supported. Been supported for years on PS3 Media server.
My question is how do I get refunded...
Omg I was wondering about this too! I just installed this on my ps3 about a week ago and the sound is crap. The ps3 actually supports truehd and dts hd but plex app will not play them on the ps3 app.

I have Avatar with 1080i h264 codex and HD-DTS audio. Container is .m2ts and I am able to stream it just fine to my PS4.
Weather I am transcoding it or not, I am not sure. But it does play fine.

Transcodes to DD 5.1 AC3. Check your receiver for the format that is being output.
Changed my Audio Setting on the server then made sure it was checked in the APP on the PS3 for AC3. Resolved my audio issues on my Marantz Receiver.
