It would be cool to see the option to stream the audio to additional devices or keep it playing on the original device. Lets say im watching a movie on my phone, I have the option to cast to my Roku, Chromecast or other device. When I select that playback device the audio is cut from the phone and only plays on that remote device. Id like to have the option to include audio on the original playback device so I can use my headphones to hear and the tv to watch.
Currently a user would have to play the media on the tv and also play it on their phone then sync the timing by hitting play/pause.
Might not be possible due to limitation in the underlining software (streaming to other devices) but would be nice to have in noisy environments, dorm rooms, living with babies or small children or any other possible real world noisy situation.
Feedback is welcomed, maybe this is a feature and im not aware.
