I'm not sure if Plex can transcode audio only, but it would be useful to play back Home Movies shot with digital camera in the Dune. Currently most digital cameras store the audio as uncompressed PCM and although in theory Dune can play that, it does not support it in the format that these movies are stored, so Dune currently plays the movie with no audio (only way to fix is to re-encode).

rockstream, i think the Plex can do audio only transcode, if possible you can send-me a short video example that does not play on the dune?

sorry, just a little Bug, to fix easily: Description of Episodes within a TV-Serie is only one row in the List View with right Fanart. Maybe you could correct with the next release?

If anyone is having connecting issue with NFS this may help someone. previously owning a TP-link router (none gigabit) and a Asus DSL-N55U ADSL2+. i’ve always used the folder name to setup NFS client. on my DS412+, without issues until I bought the TP-Link W8960.
For some reason NFS would not work with a folder name , After hours scratching my head I entered the Dune ip address and it worked .
I know some people out there are saying I knew that, but sometimes the obvious stares you in the face!!! lol :D

That is not a 2.0, are a bug fix.
The fixes are:
Windows plex are now work correctly with emplexer.
Resume playback issues fixed.
Others minor bugs fixed.
I'm still working in 2.0.
If anyone has any experience with c / c + + and want to help with the emplexer player registration on plex, this would be a very welcome help.
Plese test this version and if has any bug report-me.

newloran2, I just updated emplexer on my Base 3D and 303D and they show a category called REDE after my added categories in Plex.
I don’t se the REDE in any of my other Plex clients (iMac, Mac Mini, AppleTV & iOS) so it must be something in your latest release.

Very interesting, I love Yadis on Dune, but for all the same reasons newloran2 mentioned, I'll give this plug-in a try.
It will also give me a chance to test a plex client on something other than my 2 year old Samsung tv. Plex is very slow to load on the tv and even freezes. Sometimes I have to stop and re-start the service on my Synology NAS. Having it on the Dune will tell me if the NAS is the culprit or the "old" tv.
I have a question regarding emplexer:
I am running PMS on my windows machine and my movies/series are on my Synology NAS which is mounted as S: on my windows machine as networkdisks.
What are the settings to have emplexer use smb or nfs because you can't share any windows network drive from the windows machine.
I am really struggling here, watching trough http works but then I am not able to use the subtitles and I would love to use play without conversion

The emplexer are not so pretty, but it works well and keeps most of the features that the plex offers, this combined with the fantastic dune playback capability makes emplexer a good alternative.
I started this project because I was unhappy with the medialink (lg tvs).
Feel free to use, suggest new features and report any bug that you find.

change the \ for / like that smb://user:pass@192.168.10.x/volume1/movies
