Perfect. Assume things like fast forward and rewind work? Also, resume?

Do I actually need to have an SD card or USB stick plugged in at all if it's connected to my network for the install?

There's limited places to buy the B1 in the UK. I can only see Ripcaster?

Hi there ...

I've used emplexer V1 until yesterday running fine.

After installing emplexer 2.0-B02 on my Dune 303D it says

"System error Unhandled PHP plugin error. Call the PHP plugin vendor."

Can someone help me to fix this problem?

I'm reading this thread with great interest!

I had a Dune Smart D1 a year ago but sold it. The reason why I sold it was I didn't liked the standard Dune interface. On the other hand I liked the Dune stability. Meanwhile I discovered Plex and start using it. Now I read this thread.., it's really awesome that I can use a Dune player in co-operation with Plex.Server From what I understand Emplexer can use hd audio like DTS-HD MA and True-HD. It plays al movies direct play. A question can Emplexer use internal PGS subtitles from a MKV? If so then i'm hurry to ebay to buy a Dune.

I really like to see myplex integrated with transcoding.., so I can buy a Dune for my sister and here kids so the family can remotely watch movies from my Server/NAS.

I will follow this thread closely! Lots of success with your create project and thank you!

you can use emploxer V1 or V2-B01. I think newloran2 is still working on fixing issues and some new features :rolleyes:

I've just got emplexer installed on my 303d, but I'm unable to use either smb or nfs. I've tried both with and without Dune mode and it either returns empty playlist, or media not supported. HTTP works fine, but would rather use smb or nfs as it's faster and subtitles.

However, if I access the folders and files directly through Dune and network sharing and not emplexer, it plays back fine.

Any ideas?

PS. Even on http, loving this, especially TrueHD and HD-MA playback! Keep up the great work!

Emplexer support any file or subtitles that Dune support (Internal mkv PGS to ).

MyPlex are in my todo list to v2.

You only need to have a internal hdd, or a usb storage attached to your Dune.
After the first execution, the emplexer will create a directory named dune_plugin_logs in your hdd/usb storage, send me all the files that are in dune_plugin_logs/emplexer.
 
If not goes wrong i will release the next version in the next week.

I suppose Emplexer does also HD-audio cause the Dune also suport this..?

A good friend of my has a Dune. So i think i'm going to start testing Emplexer verion 1. I'm realy looking foward for version 2 of Emplexer!

I managed to get the smb working, it had added a : rather than a / in the path and now works fine!
