I do a clean install and configuration, but now i have the same error like StefanoP - when i start to play a file an error occurs: “Playlist is empty!” ![]()
Can I see your log file?

I had the same issue with “Playlist is empty”. After a discussion with jmper we came to the conclusion that it was the path to the server in the Connection setup that was wrong even though I could brows in my Plex movie library. I have a Synology which “normally” use the path “/volume1/disk1/Video/…”. When I removed “/volume1”, i.e. “/disk1/Video/…” everything worked fine.
@MikeDelta
Check your connections. I see “folder” fields are clear in your dune.

@jmper:
i fill in the folder fields several time and save it - in the connection view there are filled, but when i change to the folder view the field is empty!
Could you send me log file created when you try setup connections?

@jmper… strange!
I delete dpc and the logfiles and dpc.xml, then do a restart of the Dune and install dpc again. After enter the server ip i going to the connection settings and all my connections are filled in automatically(!) with /volume1/video/… - going to the folder view of each connection, the folder fields are empty! I fill in the path and save it, return to the connection settings and these connection is marked as “Saved” - going again to the folder view… it´s empty - but when i start dpc and select on of my connections i can see the movie Information, banner, etc… start a file comes “Playlist is empty”… and again here is the logfile…
- How do you input characters in folder field? Do you use virtual keyboard (blue button) or just pressing RC buttons several times, like old mobile?
- Do you confirm input by pressing Enter when finish?

- yes
Hi jumper.
Problem solved for me
I have to validate several time “enter”“enter” …to success and validate folder name.
At the begining i validated the folder name with blue keyboard .one time “enter” and save but this doesn’t remember my folder
Now all its fine.
Ok. Anyway I’ll check this situation

try this dropbox.com/s/6gonqmf9zgghpk4/dune_plugin_dpc_cr1_051.zip?dl=0
Good News… this version works fine, i have to Input the complete path (/volume1/Video/…) and press Enter several times so the folder field is filled and the “Playlist is empty” is gone! Thanks a lot for your very good work! ![]()
Great! and I hope now don’t need press Enter several times
jmper: Does your plugin work when Plex Home is enabled?
@MALmen I didn’t research topic very deep yet. Now I know some users who use Plex Pass. Some of them success with dpc, some not. You can set your local network as trusted in Plex server settings and try start dpc.
