When managing duplicates in Plex, I found some movies with wrong match and joined to one (two different movies joined to one Plex position). When I unmatch them and split apart, I can’t find them again in unmatched section (need to find it manually and make proper match…) I don’t know this situation is plex media server issue, or I’m doing something wrong?
You should never use these two options in Plex, unless you cannot solve the duplicate by using the recommended naming. https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/your-media/
If you absolutely must use it, Split first, then Fix Match.
