DVB Logic TVButler 100TC finds no channels

hi there, i have bought a TVbutler 100TC DVB-C/T/T2 i want to you with my Synology DS916+ nas and stream via plex, i am using the dvb-c tuner and my cable is not encrypted, i have tryed all the preset tv vendors i can chose in the menu even the ones that are not right, i have even tried the antenna (not dvb-c) and i can not find any channels, i have testet my cable and it works perfect with my tv, do i have to install anything else on my nas when i want plex to be my interface so i can stream to extern units?

located in denmark,
vendor is called Sundbynet
frequens = 143,000 Mhz (or 143Khz)
QAM = 64
rate = 6875
Network id = 00100 or 100 ,
Plex Server Version 1.7.2.3878

just updated plex to Version 1.7.3.3937, and it still doesn’t find any channels

1.7.3.3937 does not have the TV Butler fix in place. We are hoping to get it in the next build, but copying a single file to the filesystem and rebooting your Synology will fix it.

The problem is, for security reasons, we have to figure out how Synology wants us to handle this, from a packaging standpoint, which is delaying the process of us fixing it. Any user doesn’t have to worry about it and can very easily manually fix it.

If you’re not comfortable with commandline, you can copy the file using the File Station browser as well.
