DVD folders aren't included in Movies library

I lost my Plex media drive and had to restore from a backup. Unfortunately, after Plex analyzed the Movies folder it excluded about 40 movies which were originally DVD. So as you probably know they consist of a folder, which is the movie title, and inside that folder is a VIDEO_TS folder which contains the actual movie media.

I am able to access these movies if I select Other Videos when creating a new library type, but I need these movies to be included in the main Movies library, as they always have been.

Is there a setting for the Movies library which includes or excludes VIDEO_TS movies? Or how can I get everything under the Movies library?

It’s not a bad idea for me to convert these to mkv and I will do that – I was just surprised that they were suddenly excluded when they worked fine just prior to me having to re-import all movie media.
