Does the file naming also follow DVD order?
For example, play the “Don’t trust the B…” file named s01e04 using VLC, not Plex. Is the content “The Wedding” or “Making Rent”?
If the former, you’ll need to rename the file to s01e05, so it matches the DVD order.
If you rename any files, Plex Dance the series. That will purge any bad matching from the Plex database.
