DVD Rip - Episodes work, Deleted Scenes and Extras do not appear

Hello Plex people

I am trying to get Plex to properly display a DVD rip of a TV show.

I ripped an entire DVD set at once on the same computer, using the same settings. So all my files were created the same way. When I plug them into Plex, all the episodes are correctly matched, show up, and I can play them. This is the box set of the show Caprica, if that matters.

However, I have deleted scene files by episode, and a whole series of bonus features. I cannot get them to appear no matter what. I read the instructions here.

My episodes are all named as follows: Caprica - s01e03 - Reins Of A Waterfall.mkv, and like I said, the episodes all match perfectly.

My deleted scenes are by episode, and I named them as follows: Caprica - s01e03 - Reins Of A Waterfall - Extras.mkv These don’t show up.

The bonus features are named like this Caprica - Music of Caprica.mkv. I have all the Deleted Scenes and Bonus Features in one folder.

I tried the following folder structures so far:

Option 1
    * TV Shows
        * Caprica
            * Season 01
                * (Episode files here)
                * (“Specials” folder with the Deleted Scenes and Extras)

Option Two
    * TV Shows
        * Caprica
        * Season 01
            * (Episode files here)
        * (“Specials” folder with the Deleted Scenes and Extras)

Option Three
    * TV Shows
        * Caprica
            * Season 01
                * (Episode files here and also Deleted Scenes and Extras all together)

I am running Plex on a Synology DS416play, if that matters.

Regarding the deleted scens and other extras, I use Season 0 and then create artificial SxxExx numbering where the episode title describes what it is. This seems to work best for such type extras.

My numbering: S00 (specials) and artificial E1xx - E7xx to order the extra by their assocate season.
