SimplyNUC - Plex HomeBase
Channels listed in DVR stopped working (can’t view or record).
Not scanning channels - antenna & coax is good as it works on my Tablo DVR.
Also deleting DVR & re-adding does not flush old channels - immediately shows local Florida channels even when using zip code for California to try to erase them. After many DVR deletes & rescans the channel list finally goes blank.
From past experience it will take several dozen attempts to reestablish the DVR so it will work again. There’s a possibility that it will never work again until the hardware or software problem is fixed.

I would recommend reaching out to Plex support. If they, or you deem it to be a hardware problem, we’d need to set up a new RMA to bring it in and retest the tuner. snip
