This has been reported before, but I’m not sure there was a documented solution (it seemed to resolve itself):
There was some discussion of which folder paths were added to the library in that thread, but I’m not sure that came to anything. The reporter was using a mapped network drive in that particular case, with the bare drive letter assigned to the library rather than using a folder as recommended.
